Thermal
Transfer Process is a method of applying an image
onto a t-shirt, etc. by releasing an ink, toner, dye, etc.
from a special transfer paper via heat. Thermal transfer process
has many advantages over screen printing. Unlimited print color
combinations, photographic quality reproductions & the
versatility to print small quantities with multi-color designs
are a few of the advantages. Thermal transfers are fully
washable. The printed area of a thermal transfer can be ironed
after a wash. Screen printed shirts cannot be ironed. Thermal
transfer process allows consumers an opportunity to have small
quantities of shirts made with colorful designs at an affordable
price. Thermal transfer process does not work properly on dark
shirts. We offer Thermal Transfer Process on white & light
color t-shirts only.

How to reduce file size to
transmit via email
Use Compression. A 5mg
file can be reduced to around 70kb (very small) without any loss
of print quality. Example: You scan a photo into a program and
it is too large to send via email. You can export it as a .jpeg
(300 dpi 1 to1 file size) and use the compression setting under
the properties heading. The key is to not exceed 75% and to use
a program that has a compression and smoothing setting. They
should be set to the same exact number. Example: 50% compression
& 50% smoothing. Without the smoothing feature, it will be
jaggy and blurry.
